The expert system includes the lastest results in the field of suspended river. And also a new regulating idea is suggested in the paper, which is the connections of engineering regulation and environmental regulation, environmental regulation and economic devolopment, geoengineering regulation and water conservancy regulation. This expert system can help to analyse the stability of suspended river and carry out further research.
