Stuy on the Buffering Cushion Installed in Retatining Wall Model Test with Expansive Soil as Backfill
The study has shown that buffering cushion installed in the model test of retaining wall can reduced la- teral pressures and swelling earth pressures produced by ramming and wetting of expansive soils(fissured clays The reasonable thickness of buffering cushion are recommended.
