Piezoelectric Transducer for Measuring Dynamic Pressure in Rock

In this paper, the construction, working principle, main design idea and measuring system of piezoelectric transducer (Model YT) for measuring dynamic pressure in rock are introduced. The procedures and results of main characteristic tests as well as the practical application in situ are briefly described. It is shown that the transducer is satisfactory to measure the dynomic pressure ia rock and concrete with good frequency response aad wide measure range in blast circumstances.
