A Study of Yield Models for Rocks

The article describes investigations carried out in laboratory and in-situ to obtain information about influence to yield models for rocks under different stress path. It is shown that this results of tests on rocks in triaxial experiment are presented which confirm closely the applicability of the critical state concept to the yielding of rocks, although stress pathes are important influence to behavior of rocks.
