The  Optimum  Estimation  Model  and  the  Principle  of    Spatial  Variability  Analysis  of  Rock  and  Soil  Parameters

In  this  paper  the  major  sources  of  uncertainty  in  the  parameters  of  rock  and  soil  are  analysed,  and  the  principle  and  procedure  of  spatial  variability  analysis  of  rock  and  soil  parameters  are  described  first      Then  on  account  of  the  variability  of  the  parameters,  their  spatial  optimum  estimation  is  studied
