Coupling  Algorithm  of  Extended  Kalman  Filter  FEM  and  Its  Application  in  Tunnel  Engineering

The  nondeterminative  dynamics  of  surrounding  rock  along  with  the  excavation  of  tunnel  are  analysed    using the   stochastic  process  and    optimal  estimation      Combining  the  functions  of  filtering  modification  and  innovation  production  of  Kalman  filter  with  the  iterative  calculation  and  the  zone  analysis  in  FEM,  the  author  has  set  up  an  extended  Kalman  filter-FEM  algorithmic  model  that  can  reflect  dynamic  nonlinear  stochastic  process  in  surrounding  rock,  and  worked  out  the  algorithmic  program  （EKFFEM）  with  operability
