Abstract
The traditional polyurethane grouting materials modified by silicate are studied and modified, which retain the excellent mechanical properties of the polyurethane material. The modified polyurethane grouting materials can avoid combustible safety performance shortcomings and is suitable for underground mines. The materials are cured to form three-dimensional interpenetrating network of organic phase (polyurethane network) and inorganic phase (inorganic silicate network). The obtained solidification body has excellent mechanical properties. The modified non-toxic grouting materials have high strength with no impact from environmental humidity, high flash point and non-combustible characteristics. To a certain extent, the modified grouting materials can replace the pure polyurethane grouting materials, and may provide technical support for the modernization of coal enterprises to achieve high yield efficiently.
