Abstract
In order to reflect the creep deformation and change law of the salt-rock gas storage effectively, a kind of salt rock-similar material is obtained based on Jintan Salt Rock Gas Storage after a great number of tests on material ratio and mechanical parameters according to the similarity principle of geomechanical model tests and mechanical parameters of the original rock. The rock salt similar-material which satisfies the similarity principle basically and has significant rheological property is evenly pressed by means of iron ore powder, blanc fix, quartz sand, gypsum powder, rosin and alcohol where iron ore powder, blanc fix and quartz sand are main materials and the solution of rosin alcohol is cementing agent. The mechanical tests show that the similar material has obvious characteristics of elastic deformation, ductility and plastic deformation, strain hardening, strain softening and dilative shear failure. Moreover, the salt rock-similar material shows transient creep and steady-state creep under the effect of low press, and shows transient creep, steady-state creep stage and tertiary creep under the effect of high press. The rheological property of the salt rock-similar and salt rock is basically consistent. The similar material is applied in the 3-D model tests on salt rock gas storage under alternating gas pressure. The rule of radial displacement and radial strain is obtained effectively and the rheological behavior of the salt rock gas storage is simulated well.
