Abstract
The research achievements of the foundation bed coefficient are introduced based on simulated load tests. The test device which has the same stress path features and the drainage boundary conditions is designed and produced as the in-situ K30 load tests. According to the classical consolidation theory, formula for the iso-consolidation degree controlled method and the standard foundation bed coefficient is derived. The theoretical relationship between the deformation modulus and the compression modulus is introduced to derive the formula for estimating the standard foundation coefficient between the compressive modulus and the static lateral pressure coefficient. By comparing laboratory and in-situ tests and test verification, the pressure plate with a diameter of 5 cm is adopted to simulate in-situ stress state of in-situ specimens. It is feasible to
