Abstract
Based on the assumption of exponential fluid and narrow plate model,formulas for calculating the flow velocity,grouting flow,grouting pressure difference and penetration radius in fracture grouting were deduced.It was shown that the grouting pressure difference was related to the rheological parameters,consistency coefficient and gap width of grouting.The penetration radius was also affected by gap width.The grouting pressure difference varied with consistency coefficient linearly and with rheology parameters of grouting nonlinearly.With the increase of gap width,grouting pressure difference increased rapidly and penetration radius decreased notably.The influence was remarkably affected by the rheological parameter of grouting.Through energy balance equation,the different grouting pressure on the whole process of grouting was discussed.Combined with the obtaindresults of some case histories,the variations of grouting pressure and grouting flow were demonstrated.
