Prestressed concrete reaction system for ultrahigh static loading tests of bored piles

  • The traditional steel beam reaction system was substituted by prestressed concrete reaction system in the ultrahigh static loading tests of bored piles of Fuxing Bridge.It was shown that it was still difficult to directly obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of a large-diameter rock-socketed pile,and the prestressed concrete reaction system was helpful to the solution of this kind of problems.
