Risk assessment on engineering feasibility of key events in Shanghai metro line No. 11

  • In recent years the increasing attention have been paid to the risk accidents during construction of tunneling engineering in urban area.How to reduce the risk accidents and their losses have become an important topic.At present there is an increasing concern on risk assessment of tunneling engineering.In this paper,a general risk assessment process of tunneling engineering was proposed to the project of metro line No.11 in Shanghai.Risk accidents during construction were identified firstly,the expert investigation method and AHP method were used in risk analysis,and finally some suggestion about risk control measures were made.
