Abstract
Taking the shield machine tunneling in the 1st line of the shenyang railway as Taking the shield machine tunneling in a railway line as the research object, the discrete element numerical model for analyzing the chamber pressure of the shield machine is established. The numerical simulation results of the observed pressure on the chamber board are compared with the field data, and the feasibility of the simulation method is validated. On this basis, the pressure distribution rules of the chamber board under different opening ratios of cutting wheel and buried depths are studied, and the mathematical model of the rules is proposed. The pressure mapping relation between the 以某地铁标段隧道施工盾构为研究对象,建立了盾构密封舱压力分析的离散元数值模型。通过密封舱隔板观测压力的数值模拟结果与现场施工数据相比对,验证了模拟方法的可行性和模拟结果的正确性。在此基础上,研究平衡状态下不同刀盘开口率和埋深时密封舱隔板压力的分布规律,建立了密封舱隔板压力分布的数学模型;提出了掘进工作面压力与密封舱隔板压力的映射关系,并给出了压力传递系数与刀盘开口率的经验公式。研究结果表明:密封舱隔板压力分布可近似表示为二元五次函数多项式;在刀盘开口率一定的情况下,密封舱隔板压力与掘进工作面压力为线性比例关系。该结论为盾构施工密封舱压力平衡控制提供了理论依据。
