Increment of lateral pressure caused by installation of pile in soft foundation

By analyses of the results measured during construction of pile foundation,we have studied the quantity,distribution and range of the increment of lateral pressure in soil around the pile caused by installation of pile,and compared them with theoretical estimates.The excess pore pressure measured in the same site is also compared with them.The maximum influence radius of the increment of soil pressure under the pile tip is discussed too.
