Abstract
Geoinformation of slope engineering mainly contains rockmass structure and its physical property. 3 D visualization of these informations is a key to establish the model of engineering geological structure. In this paper, different symbols and their combination are used to generalize these geoinformations, and 3 D visualization model of the geological structure is established with the relevant fitting function, which can display successfully geological sections and sterogeological blocks at any different locations. Finally, the presented 3 D model is applied to the permanent slope engineering in the Three Gorges project.
