The tensile strength of saturated frozenloess depends on a number of factors, among which the strain rate and temperature are of great significance.Based on experiments,the paper obtained the stress-strain relanonsof frozen loess under tensile tests.Moreover,the effects of strain rate and temperature on ultimate tensile strength were analyzed and the relevant equations were presented.
