Abstract
A testing apparatus simulating the frictional behavior of anchoring solid-soil interface is developed to study the real response of the anchoring solid-soil interface for anchor system. The shape characteristics of anchoring solid and shear direction of tests are considered in the devices and the shear area of anchoring solid-soil interface will not change during the whole tests. It is a new method for the study on the shear characteristics of anchoring solid-soil interface. Thirty-five tests under different circumstances are completed on this testing system, and the shear characteristics of anchoring solid-soil interface are studied after investigating deeply the influences of preasure on soil surface, degree of compaction of filled soil and water content of filled soil. The results indicate that the water content of filled soil has impact on the resistance of anchor abviously with the same degree of compaction. The closer the optimum water content, the larger the shear stress. Moreover, it is indicated that the degree of compaction of filled soil also has impact on the resistance of anchor abviously. The greater the degree of compaction, the greater the shear parameter of interface which is always less than the shear parameter of filled soil.
