Framework of collaborative management platform for tunnels based on BIM technology

  • The whole life cycle of BIM technology is regarded as the core idea so as to realize the information management of tunnel engineering. It covers the tunnel engineering at different stages of the planning, design, construction and operation, and the integrated management platform of planning, design, construction and operation is formed to promote the owners, designers, constructors, supervisors and other project participants to work in a coordinated manner. With regard to the problems that the BIM standard is not unified in the development process of BIM platform, BIM software is numerous, and data exchange between each other is difficult, an engineering collaborative management platform for tunnels is proposed in the sense of the whole life cycle of BIM, and the initial framework system is also put forward from multiple aspects such as stage, dimension, function, technology and users. It may providing a basic idea and an initial technical route for the further development of the collaborative management platform.
