Fissures destroy the integrity of soil mass, which makes the permeability of soil in different directions vary greatly and thereby significantly affects the rainfall infiltration laws of slopes. In order to reveal the influence of anisotropy induced by fissures on the rainfall infiltration slopes, the software Seep/W is used to conduct a series of numerical simulation analyses, and the factors such as the anisotropic direction, degree of anisotropy and anisotropic distribution are discussed. Finally, based on engineering examples, the rationality of the calculated results are analyzed. It is concluded that the anisotropic direction, degree of anisotropy and anisotropic distribution all have a certain influence on the rainfall infiltration of slopes, and they should be considered in the drainage design and stability analysis of slopes. Only when the rainfall intensity is greater than the permeability coefficient along the direction of the main fractures, the anisotropy induced by fissures will exert an effect. And the anisotropy mainly affects the rainfall infiltration of slopes in the initial period or the slope soil with lower water content, and as the rainfall duration increases to a degree, the influence of the anisotropy on the rainfall infiltration of slopes can be ignored.
