Abstract
The deep foundation pit of Lefutianxia Building in Xiangyang is a two-story basement, and it is located in downtown area and near the major traffic arteries of the city center. The surrounding environment is complex: no space to put slope, large excavation depth, weak complex formation and high groundwater level. In order to ensure the safety of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment and to control the deformation of supporting structures for the foundation pit, different supporting schemes are optimized. The deformation and internal force supporting structures and the surrounding buildings are monitored. By analyzing the monitoring data of the horizontal displacement and deformation rate of supporting structures, the surrounding environment and the internal force of anchor cables the deformation laws of the foundation pit are obtained, and the reliability and rationality of the proposed design. It has a certain value for the design and construction of other deep foundation pits in Xiangyang area.
