Design and Construction of Pile Foundations for Generating Hall in the First Stage of Construction of Changshu Power Plant

  • 摘要: 本文介绍江苏省常熟电厂一期工程主厂房和汽机基座桩基的设计问题点,诸如持力层的选择、增加基础整体刚度的措施、桩长的确定、大面积填土的影响、防止桩产生过大水平位移的措施等,试桩结果,工程桩施工和桩基沉降观测统计结果。观测资料表明,桩基的预期沉降量和差异沉降不会超出设计值,从而证实了设计中采取的各项举措是合适的。

     

    Abstract: The design of pile foundations adopted for the generating hall and turbo-generator’s stand inthe first stage of construction of Changshu Power Plant,Changshu city,Jiangsu province are described inthis article,including the selection of bearing stratum,measures to be used for increasing the rigidity offoundations,determination of pile length,the effect of earth fill in large area,some measures to be usedfor avoiding excess horizontal displacement.Pile load tests,driving of actual piles and settlementmeasurement of pile foundations are also reported.According to the settlement data,it is shown thatthe total and differential settlements are well below the designed values and hence it is evident thosesolutions adopted in the pile design are suitable and reasonable.
