Total Protein Content in Soft Soil and lts Application to Engineering Geology

  • 摘要: 本文论述了软土中有机质与蛋白质总量的关系;揭示了蛋白质总量与软土物质组成成分、物理力学性质指标的相关性;在沪宁高速公路草塘滨段的工程地质应用中证明,运用蛋白质总量评价软土的工程性质更能满足工程设计的需要。

     

    Abstract: The paper discusses the relation between organic matter and the total protein content in soft soil and brings to light the interrelation of the total protein content with the components,physical and mechanical property of soft soil.It has been shown by the application to the Caotangbin section of the Shanghai-Nanjing Freeway that the evaluation of engineering properties of soft soil through the total pro-tein content can further meet the needs of the engineering design.
