用矿碴复合料改良膨胀土的工程性质

Improvement of Engineering Properties of Expansive Soils with Slag Mixture

  • 摘要: 膨胀土的工程性质很差,常对工程建筑物产生很大的破坏作用。本文介绍了一种改良膨胀土工程性质的新材料——矿碴复合料。现场试验表明,将该材料用于膨胀土边坡防护工程已获得成功。将矿碴复合料按一定比例掺入膨胀土中后成为矿碴复合土.该材料具有造价低(如果将该材料作为护坡材料代替浆砌片石或混凝土,可节约造价1/2~1/3)、强度高(无侧限抗压强度为2~10MPa)、施工快速简易等优点。

     

    Abstract: Expansion of expansive soils may cause damage to structures. The slag mixture-a newmaterial for improving the engineering properties of expansive soils is introduced. It has been applied successfully to the expansive soil slopes for protection. The mixtures of expansive soils and slag mixture mixed in proportion, are lower in cost than mortar slabstones or concrete as slope protection materials. The cost may be reduced by one half to one-third. It has higher compressive strength (unconfined com-pressive strength is 2 10MPa), simple and quick in construction.
