层状岩体中压力钢管应力应变数值分析及分布规律

Numerical Analysis on Stress and Strain of Steel Penstock in Schistous Rock Mass

  • 摘要: 本文研究了层状岩体产状与压力钢管在空间中的相对位置对压力钢管管壁应力及变形规律的影响,并进一步分析了岩体的各向异性特征对管壁应力应变性状的影响。文中指出,管壁应力及变形的规律受围岩各向异性特性及产状的影响是很明显的。当钢管轴线与围岩层面法线方向垂直时这种影响最大,工程中进行压力钢管选线时应考虑这一因素;钢管应力分布的不均匀程度不仅与围岩两正交方向的弹模比值有关,还与围岩弹模的绝对值特别是剪切模量的大小有关,所以工程中应重视围岩剪切模量的量测。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influences oi the orientation of rock layers and penstocks and anisotropic characteristics of schistous rock mass on the stress and strain distribution of the penstock are discussed. The results indicate that these influences are very large. The most disadvantageous case occurs when the penstock is perpendicular to the direction of rock anisotropy plane, i.e.the angle between rock layer and penstock is 90? So this should be taken into consideration in engineering practice. Moreover, the non-uniform stress distribution depends not only on the ratio of elastic moduli of rock mass in two perpendicular directions but also on the values of these moduli, especially on the value of shear modulus, so the measurement of shear modulus should be of great importance to the engineering proiect.
