Pore water Pressure in Normally Consolidated Saturated Clays

  • 摘要: 本文认为土体的剪胀性是偏应力的二次幂效应。根据这个假设,提出了孔隙水压力的计算公式。对正常固结饱和粘土的三轴不排水压缩试验结果进行了分析。分析结果表明,新的孔隙水压力公式合理地反映了正常固结饱和粘土的剪胀性。本文对土体的破坏问题也作了简要讨论。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, it was proposed the dilatancy occurred in soil mass is a second power effect of applied deviator stress. Based on this assumption, a formula for computing pore water pressure was developed. Analyses were carried out of the undrained triaxial compression test results of several normally consolidated saturated clays. It was shown that the new proposed formula is reasonable to reveal the dilatancy characteristics of these clays. Failure criterion of soil masses was also briefly discissed in this paper.
