霍布金生压力杆法测定砂岩、石灰岩动态破碎应力和杨氏模量

An Experimental Study of Determining the Dynamic Strength and Young's Moduli of Sandstone and Limestone by Using the SHPB Method

  • 摘要: 本文用霍布金生压力杆法测定了砂岩、石灰岩的动态破碎应力和杨氏模量,其平均应变率达1×10~2~2×10~2/s。文中对使用这种方法涉及到的一些具体技术问题:如子弹、试件、输入和输出波导杆长度的选择;应变片粘贴;摩擦的影响等给予了详细讨论和说明。对长度/直径=1的试件,实验结果说明:动态与静态相比,砂岩的杨氏模量约提高了30%,强度约提高了40%;石灰岩的杨氏模量约提高了20%,强度约提高了30%。破坏的形式都是沿轴向破裂。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic strengths and Young's moduli of sandstone and limestone are determined by using the SHPB method in this paper. The average strain rate is about 1×102 to 2×102/s. Some explainations and discussions in detail concerning the techniques of using this method are given. In order to understand the effect of strainrate static experiments(ε ×105/s) are also maxle.The average dynamic Young's modulus of the sandstone is 30% higher than its static one, while for the limestone it is 20% higher than its static. The average dynamic compressivc strength of the sandstone is 40% higher than its static one, but it is 30% higher than its static for the limestone. The experimental results also show that the fracture surfaces are always nearly perpendicular to its ending surfaces.
