南通天生港电厂地基用碎石桩加固及其观测

Ground Improvement of A power plant by stone Columns

  • 摘要: 江苏南通天生港电厂扩建区的地基土主要是轻亚粘土和粉砂,设计荷重25t/m~2,用碎石桩加固。本文记述现场试验结果和建筑物的沉降观测。现场试验包括:①面积3×3m的大型载荷试验;②作用在桩上和土上的应力测定;③制桩时引起的地面水平向振动速度与离振点距离之间的关系的确定;④地基土在制桩前后的标准贯入击数的变化。目前,建筑物的平均沉降最为3~10cm,地基的固结度多数已在80%以上,建筑物和设备基础没有出现任何不良现象。

     

    Abstract: The subsoil (mainly sandy clay and silty sand) at the site of proposed Nantong Power Plant has been improved by use of stone columns. This paper documents the results of field tests and measured settlements of structures. Field tests consisted of (1) seven large scale plate loading tests (plate' s area 3 × 3m), (2) measurement of vertical stresses on columns and surrounding soil, ( 3 ) determination of the relationship between the peak particle velocity on ground surface caused by the operation of vibrator during installation and the distance from vibrator, and ( 4 ) the change in blow counts of ground soils after installation. At present, the building has settled in the range 310 cm and the degree of consolidation is estimated to be over 80%. The main building and the foundations of all facilities are in good condition and show no signs of foundation difficulties.
