比重计试验原理及其制造精度的探讨

The Principle of the Hydrometer Test and the Study of Its Accuracy of Manufacture

  • 摘要: 本文简述了细颗粒土在水中沉降规律,用比重计法分析土颗粒的试验原理,甲种和乙种比重计的设计制造方法。根据国内外资料提出了使用比重计法分析土颗粒的精度要求。建议由使用部门和玻璃仪器工厂密切配合,迅速统一生产出合格的土颗粒分析比重计,从而改变我国各使用单位进行土颗粒分析比重计刻度校正工作的状况,以提高试验质量和工作效率。

     

    Abstract: This paper briefly describes the rule of the settlement of soil grains in water, the experimental principle of mechanical analysis with a hydrometer and the manufacturing and designing method of hydrometer A and B. The requirement in accuracy for mechanical analysis with the hydrometer is presented also. We suggest that the geotechnical laboratories using hydrometers and the manufacturing factories co-operate closely to produce a unified and qualified type of hydrometer for mechanical analysis, So as to eliminate the work of corrections for hydrometer scale in our country and to improve the experimental quality and efficiency of our work.
