Response of settlement and displacement of adjacent buildings of excavations to corner effect

  • 摘要: 坑角效应是基坑空间效应的具体体现之一,它对建筑物的沉降形态有显著的影响。以盘锦渤海路地下商业街基坑工程为依托,通过FLAC3D数值计算,研究坑角部位建筑物受基坑开挖影响的变形特点。计算结果表明:坑角附近的建筑物在垂直基坑和沿基坑方向均发生不均匀沉降,表现为三维沉降状态;建筑物的存在会显著改变基坑周围土体的位移场;基础刚度对建筑物沉降影响较小,而基础埋深则会明显的影响建筑物变形;划分环境保护等级时,应考虑建筑物对位移场的影响。

     

    Abstract: The corner effect is one form of the spatial effect of excavations, and it has significant influence on the displacement of buildings. Based on the excavation project of the underground commercial street of Bohai Road in Panjin, the displacement characteristics of the buildings near the corner are studied by using the method of FLAC3D. The calculated results show that the buildings near the corner exhibit different settlement both in the vertical and parallel directions of the excavation, which is characterized by 3D settlement. The buildings can obviously change the displacement fields around the excavation. The foundation stiffness has less influence on the settlement of the buildings. However, the depth of foundation will obviously affect the deformation of the buildings. The influence of the buildings on the displacement fields around the excavation should be considered when classifying the environmental protection level.
