淤泥填石层长护筒、冲抓、旋挖钻孔桩配套施工技术

Supporting construction technology of long steel casing, percussion and grabbing and rotary drilling bored pile in silt-rock fill layer

  • 摘要: 填海区分布深厚淤泥填石层,采用冲击成孔对淤泥扰动大,桩孔缩径严重,灌注混凝土充盈系数大,影响桩间高压旋喷止水帷幕施工。通过对现场地质条件的综合分析,提出在上部淤泥填石段采用振动锤下入深长钢护筒,遇填石层则用冲抓锥抓取,对于钢护筒以下的桩孔地层采用旋挖机成孔,达到孔壁稳定、成孔速度快、泥浆量少、成本低的效果,实现绿色施工。

     

    Abstract: Using the impact holing method in reclamation areas with thick silt-rock fill layer will cause several consequences such as large disturbance in silt, reducing pile hole, large filling coefficient of concrete and so on, and it will badly affect the high-pressure jet grouting water-resisting curtain construction between the piles. Through comprehensive analysis of the geological conditions, the following construction technology is proposed: firstly, using vibratory hammer to put the long steel casing into the upper part silt-rock fill layer, and then using the grab-type drill to grab the rock in the steel casing; secondly, using rotary drilling hole below the steel casing. By means of this kind of supporting construction technology, the stability of hole wall, fast formation of hole, less mud and low cost to implement the green construction are ensured.
