唐山岩溶地区桩基工程问题分析与设计要点

Analysis and design of pile foundation engineering in karst areas of Tangshan

  • 摘要: 岩溶在我国是一种相当普遍的不良地质作用,鉴于其分布和性状的不确定性和复杂性,显著增加了岩溶地区高层建筑地基基础设计和施工的难度。唐山岩溶地区某高层建筑群为桩筏基础。试验桩检测结果不满足设计要求,通过分析原因与总结经验,在调整桩基设计和施工后检测结果完全达到设计要求。岩溶地区嵌岩桩设计和施工的基本要点和经验有:基桩嵌岩深度应在规范和试验桩的基础上,结合施工勘察资料进行综合分析确定;岩溶地质条件下施工勘察十分必要,是合理确定设计桩长的重要依据;采用桩侧、桩端后注浆施工工艺,既可消除岩溶隐患,又可有效提高基桩承载力,使岩溶治理与基桩施工有机结合。

     

    Abstract: Karst is a very common adverse geological phenomenon in China. Due to its distribution and characteristics of complexity and uncertainty, the difficulty of foundation design and construction of high-rise buildings in karst areas is increased significantly. A high-rise building in Tangshan karst area has the type of pile raft foundation. The test results of test piles do not meet the design requirements. Through analysis of the causes and summarization of experience, the test results completely meet the design requirements after the adjustment of the design and construction of pile foundations. The rock-socketed depth should be based on the code and test piles combined with the construction survey data. The construction survey is very necessary, and it is the important basis for determining the design of pile length reasonably. The grouting construction technology for the pile side and pile end is adopted, which can eliminate the karst hazards, and it can effectively improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation, which is the organic combination of karst treatment and foundation construction.
