Comparative study on bending performance between hollow PHC pipe piles and PHC pipe piles with concrete core

  • 摘要: 基于空心与填芯PHC管桩的抗弯性能试验分析,提出对现有PHC管桩抗裂弯矩的修正建议,并推导了填芯管桩抗裂弯矩和极限弯矩的理论计算公式。最后将试验实测值与理论计算值进行对比,二者基本一致,说明该方法可靠、准确、合理,可以作为相关工程计算和设计的依据,用于指导生产和实践。

     

    Abstract: Based on the bending performance test analysis of the hollow and grouted PHC pipes, suggestions about correcting the cracking moment calculation method for PHC pipe piles are proposed. Moreover, the calculation formulae for the cracking moment and the ultimate moment of pipe piles filled with the concrete core are derived. Finally, the comparative analysis shows that the theoretical calculation results agree with the measured values. Therefore, the proposed method is reliable, accurate and reasonable. It can be used as the basis of the calculation and design of related engineering and used to guide production and practice.
