Applications of screw compaction cast-in-place piles

  • 摘要: 螺旋挤密灌注桩是旋压挤土螺旋钻杆沉入土层,由桩孔底压力泵送混凝土的同时螺旋钻杆正转上拔,在桩孔混凝土中心后插钢筋的灌注桩,对桩周土的挤密作用与压力泵送混凝土渗入卵石与碎石层的孔隙的胶结作用,使桩承载力值大幅度提高。

     

    Abstract: The screw compaction cast-in-place pile is constructed as follows: the screw-squeeze auger is driven in soils and clockwise rotates and uplifts when the concrete is pumped at the bottom of the pile, and the rebars are back-inserted in the center of the concrete in the pile hole. The squeeze compaction of the soils around the pile and the cementation between the pressure pumping concrete and cobble stone and crushed stone layers results in great increase of the bearing capacity of the pile.
