抗拔方桩新型连接的计算分析及试验研究

Computational analysis and experimental study on a new connection between segments of square uplift piles

  • 摘要: 预制预应力混凝土桩用作抗拔桩,具有抗裂性好、施工速度快、经济性好等优点,具有广阔的应用前景,但传统的预应力混凝土抗拔桩在应用中尚存在接头质量等技术问题。预应力混凝土空心内螺纹抗拔方桩(简称NKBZ桩)是开发的新型抗拔桩型,其桩节之间采用内扣式机械连接。结合已有规范公式,对空心内螺纹抗拔方桩的桩身抗拉强度承载力计算方法进行分析和总结。为检验新型连接的抗拉性能,对内扣式机械接头进行轴心抗拉试验。试验结果表明,钢筋镦头和端板因出现应力集中而破坏是抗拔方桩的薄弱环节,为其进一步研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The precast prestressed concrete pile as the uplift pile has a series of merits, such as good crack resistance, quick construction and economy etc. It has broad application prospects. However, there are still some technical issues which need to be solved, for instance, joint quality. The prestressed concrete hollow square uplift pile with internal thread (NKBZ pile in short) is a newly developed uplift pile, which uses the way of internal buckle mechanical connection between pile segments. Combined with the specification formula, the methods for tension capacity of prestressed concrete hollow square uplift pile with internal thread are analyzed and summarized. A series of axial tensile tests are carried out to verify the tensile property of the new connection. The test results indicate that the upset head and end plate are weak parts due to stress concentration. It may provide references for its further development.
