高真空击密联合深井降水消除深厚地基的液化性

Eliminating liquefaction of deep subsoil by high vacuum densification method combined with deep well dewatering

  • 摘要: 针对曹妃甸污水处理厂深厚液化土层中夹有灵敏度较高的软黏性土层的地基,提出了高真空击密联合深井降水消除深层地基液化性的加固方案,在地基处理过程中对地下水位、地面沉降进行了实时监测,在地基加固前后进行了标贯试验以判别液化性能,结果表明降水预压期场地平均沉降24 cm,高真空击密阶段平均沉降37.8 cm,加固后标贯击数均提高到12击以上,完全消除了8 m深度范围内土层的液化性,大部分消除了8 m深度以下土层的液化性,加固后各建筑物的液化等级为无—轻微。为以后类似工程深厚液化性消除提供了新的途径和工程经验。

     

    Abstract: The high vacuum densification method (HVDM) and the deep well dewatering method are proposed to eliminate liquefaction of deep liquefied soil layers intersected with soft clay with high sensitivity in Caofeidian Sewage Treatment Plant. In the improvement process of deep subsoil, groundwater level and surface settlement are monitored, and the liquefaction is evaluated by means of the SPT tests before and after soil improvement. The average settlement during the dewatering preloading and HVDM process is 24 cm and 37.8 cm respectively. The SPT N-value after soil improvement is more than 12 blows, so the liquefaction is totally eliminated from ground surface to 8 m in depth, and most liquefaction is eliminated from 8 m to 15 m in depth. The liquefaction level of structures is assessed to be scarce to slight. The proposed method provides a new way and project experience for similar projects with deep liquefied soils.
