Application of TRD method in non-in-situ tests on 56.73 m-wall of Shanghai International Financial Center

  • 摘要: 上海国际金融中心深基坑拟采用国产化的TRD-E型工法机及配套设备施工等厚度水泥土搅拌墙作为截水帷幕。通过现场非原位成墙试验,验证该工法在超深、超厚砂质地层条件下,施工截水帷幕是可行的和可靠的;试成墙的质量检测与环境监测表明:等厚度水泥土搅拌墙实时采取的水泥土浆液试块和钻孔取芯试块的无侧限抗压强度以及室内外抗渗试验均满足设计要求,周边环境得到有效控制。试成墙为工程墙体施工提供可靠依据,对该工法在类似工程中的推广应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The TRD-E machine and supplementary equipments made in China are used in constructing the soil mixing wall with uniform thickness as the cut-off curtain of deep excavation of Shanghai International Financial Center. Through the non-in-situ tests on wall construction, the construction of the cut-off curtain under deep and ultra thick sand conditions is feasible and reliable by using the above method. The wall quality inspection and environmental monitoring show that the unconfined compressive strengths of real-time cement-soil slurry blocks and drilling core blocks of the soil-mixing wall as well as the outdoor and indoor impermeability tests meet the design requirements, and the surrounding environment is effectively controlled. The tests provide reliable basis for the construction of engineering wall, and it may provide reference for similar projects.
