相邻超大深基坑同步开挖的设计与实践

Design and application of synchronous construction of two neighboring deep excavations

  • 摘要: 以上海外滩国际金融服务中心深基坑工程为背景,针对相邻两个深基坑同步开挖这一关键问题提出相应的技术措施。实践结果表明,本工程中相邻两个深基坑同步开挖实施达到了安全可控的目标,对周边环境的影响也在安全范围内,可为软土地区同类工程提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Shanghai Bund International Financial Center Project involves the excavation of two neighboring deep excavations. The safety and deformation control are the key issue that should be carefully considered in the synchronous construction of the two excavations. Some technical measures are adopted to reduce the interaction of the construction of the two deep excavations. The monitored data show that deformation of diaphragm walls, soils and the adjacent facilities is under control. The successful construction of the project can be used as a reference for similar deep excavations in soft soils.
