能源抗浮锚杆传热性能研究

Heat exchange performance of energy anchors

  • 摘要: 基于Adina软件,建立了流-固耦合的PE管-锚杆—土壤三维温度场模型,对地热锚杆的传热性能进行分析。研究了埋管流体流速、供水温度、土壤特性、锚孔填充材料等对能源锚杆传热性能及锚孔周边土壤温度场的影响,从而得到最佳流体速度、供水温度、传热半径等。该模型可为工程中设计参数优化提供理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Based on the ADINA software, a three-dimensional temperature field model for PE pipes, anchors and soils with the characteristics of coupling of fluid and solid is established to analyze the heat transfer performance of energy anchors. Since the pipe fluid speed, soil properties and filled materials play important roles in the heat transfer performance of the energy anchors and the trend of soil temperature field surrounding the anchor holes, the model provides an effective way to get the best fluid speed and the temperature of supply water. The proposed model provides a theoretical basis for the parameter optimization of engineering design.
