预应力锚杆与土钉联合支护体系在兰州深基坑工程中的应用与监测分析

Application and monitoring analysis of combined supporting system by prestressed anchors and soil nails for a deep excavation in Lanzhou

  • 摘要: 以中国移动甘肃公司一深基坑工程为背景,介绍了单排预应力锚杆与土钉联合支护体系和双排预应力锚杆与土钉联合支护体系在兰州地区土层复杂的深基坑工程中的应用,并论述了其关键施工技术。工程应用效果表明,该基坑工程支护设计方案合理,效果良好,满足了设计和环境的要求。监测结果表明,预应力锚杆对控制边坡的水平位移效果较为明显,还可以有效控制边坡的竖向沉降变化速率,施加双排预应力锚杆相较于单排预应力锚杆,其作用效果更为明显。取得的经验对兰州地区类似工程具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Taking a deep excavation of Gansu Co., Ltd. of China Mobile Group as an example, the application of combined supporting system by soil nails with single-row and double-row prestressed anchors in deep excavations with complex soil strata in Lanzhou is introduced. The key construction technology is also discussed. The engineering application effect shows that the design scheme for the support is reasonable, the effectiveness is good and the requirements of design and environment are satisfied. The monitoring results show that the deformation of deep excavation as well as the change rate of vertical settlement of the slope can be effectively controlled by the prestressed anchors. The effect of applying double-row prestressed anchors is better than that of single-row prestressed anchors. The experience gained from this project plays a guiding role in the similar projects in Lanzhou.
