Safety assessment of impact of construction of deep excavations on adjacent buildings with pile foundation

  • 摘要: 如何有效地评价深基坑施工对临近建筑物的影响,如何评价致险因素对事故的影响程度是目前基坑工程施工前期亟待解决的问题之一。首先,对桩基建筑物受基坑开挖影响的原因进行了分析,根据桩与基坑相对位置的关系提出事故发生概率几何调整系数;其次,结合软土地区深基坑施工现状,分析了深基坑施工造成建筑物倾斜或者倒塌的致险因素,在此基础上构建了深基坑施工对临近桩基建筑物影响的事故树;最后,由事故发生的概率和事故后果得到建筑物的安全等级,根据重要度分析得到各致险因素导致事故发生的权重。

     

    Abstract: How to assess the impact of construction of deep excavations on adjacent structures effectively and to evaluate the influence of each risk factor is one of the most urgent problems during the pre-construction period. First of all, the impacts of construction of deep excavations on adjacent buildings are analyzed. The geometric adjustment factors of the probability are given according to the relative position between piles and excavation. Secondly, combined with the construction status of deep excavations in soft soil area, the risk factors which cause buildings to tilt even collapse are analyzed. On this basis, a fault tree for building accidents is constructed. Finally, based on the probability and consequences of accidents, the security level of buildings is given. The weight of each risk factor can be obtained by importance analysis.
