自动化实时监测在地铁隧道中的应用及分析

Application and analysis of automatic real-time monitoring in construction of subway tunnels

  • 摘要: 介绍了深圳地铁二号线东延段燕大区间穿越运营地铁一号线大科区间时结构变形自动化实时监测的实施要点,根据盾构隧道结构特点,完善了整个自动化监测系统,并分析了结构变形规律。当地铁左右线全部完成穿越后,最大累计沉降变形量为-13.8 mm,变形值均在控制指标允许范围内。同时提出将监测点的沉降过程划分为3个阶段,对沉降量最大的第二阶段使用对数函数模型y=-4.096ln(x)-2.7194来进行拟合,得到了较好的拟合结果。最后对盾构法施工引起结构变形的主要原因进行了有益探讨,为今后类似项目提供了宝贵的监测经验。

     

    Abstract: The key points of automatic real-time monitoring of the structural deformation are introduced when the subway Line 1 is traversed by the extension section of the subway Line 2 in Shenzhen. The automatic monitoring system is improved according to the structural characteristics of the shield tunnel, and the structural deformation rules are analyzed. After all the traversing of the left and right tunnels of subway Line 2, the accumulated settlement is -13.8 mm, which is below the critical value. The settlement process is divided into three stages. For the second stage with the largest settlement, a logarithmic function y=-4.096ln(x)-2.7194 is employed, and the fitting results are satisfactory. The main reasons of the structural deformation induced by the shield method are discussed. It may provide reference and monitoring experience for similar projects in the future.
