地铁施工引起地层和建筑物沉降特征研究

Settlement characteristics of strata and buildings caused by metro tunneling

  • 摘要: 尽管无建筑物的地层沉降特征已有定论,但有建筑物条件下的地层和建筑物沉降特征还有待深入研究,有建筑物的地层沉降特征比无建筑物更具有理论研究和工程应用价值。为此,以特定地层和浅基础建筑物为研究条件,应用FLAC3D建立三维数值模型,对无或有建筑物条件下的地层和建筑物沉降特征进行对比研究,揭示建筑物与隧道不同空间位置的地层和建筑物的沉降特征,探讨地铁隧道施工引起建筑物沉降的安全控制标准。在此基础上,通过对某工程的实例分析,表明数值模拟与实测结果具有较好的一致性,为地铁隧道施工的安全评价提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Although the characteristics of ground settlement without buildings are definite, further researches are still needed on the characteristics of settlement with buildings. Such researches have more theoretical significance and engineering application value. Therefore, based on the particular strata and shallow foundation buildings as research conditions, three-dimensional numerical models are established by means of FLAC3D to comparatively study the settlement characteristics of strata and buildings under the conditions without or with buildings so as to reveal their settlement characteristics at different spatial positions and to discuss the safety control standards for building settlement caused by metro tunneling. Through a project example, the analysis shows that the numerical simulations and the measured results are in good consistency, and it will provide technical support for the safety assessment of metro tunneling.
