CFG桩复合地基褥垫层效用的有限元分析

Finite element anlysis of cushion in CFG pile composite foundation

  • 摘要: 水利工程中为提高泵站地基的承载力,常采用 CFG 桩(长螺旋成孔)复合地基进行地基处理。由于上下游存在水位差,褥垫层材料常采用水泥土或黏性土代替散粒体材料。利用有限元软件 ABAQUS ,建立单桩复合地基有限元模型,分析了不同褥垫层材料、不同厚度及不同变形模量对桩土应力比的影响规律。该研究为 CFG 桩复合地基褥垫层材料的选择及褥垫层厚度的设置提供了依据,有利于复合地基的优化设计。

     

    Abstract: Lots of CFG piles composite foundations are adopted in construction of pumping stations in order to improve the bearing capacity. Due to the existence of difference between upstream and downstream water levels, cement or clay, instead of granular, is often used as cushion materials. A single pile composite foundation finite element model is establiashed by using ABAQUS program, and the influences of the thickness and deformation modulus of the difference cushion matrials on the pile-soil stress ratio are analyzed. The research results will provide a theoretical evidence for the suitable selection of the cushion thickness and its materials and will be beneficial to the optimum design of composite foundations.
