某高层建筑桩基变刚度调平设计

Balance settlement design of a highrise building considering variable rigidity of pile foundation

  • 摘要: 针对某高层建筑大柱网结构引起的内外柱荷载差异大的情况,采用桩基变刚度调平方法,对荷载集中度高的中柱基础变桩长变桩径以增加刚度, 中柱基础采用直径 800 mm 桩长 40 m 灌注桩,边柱基础采用直径 600 mm 桩长 25 m 灌注桩, 内外柱基差异沉降问题得到了解决。

     

    Abstract: A highrise building is characterized by large column grid. Central column load is much greater than side column load. In order to reduce the differential settlement between central column and side column, the optimization design of pile foundation considering variable rigidity is adopted. With central column pile 800 mm in diameter and 40 m in length and the side column pile 600 mm in diameter and 25 m in length, differential settlement problem is solved.
