桩基与渠坡间的非协调变形特性数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation of non-conforming deformation feature between pile foundation and canal slope

  • 摘要: 南水北调中线总干渠交叉建筑物桩基与渠坡间的非协调变形问题是渠道大面积施工前必须解决的技术难题,为了设计有效、合理的结合部防渗结构,建立 ABAQUS 数值计算模型,对桩体与渠坡土体的非协调变形特性进行了数值模拟研究,并对某一工程实例的非协调变形作了分析计算。研究结果表明:所建立的计算模型可以较好地模拟桩体和渠坡土体的非协调变形的发展过程;随着水平荷载的增大,裂隙深度逐渐加深,极限状态时裂隙开展深度可达到地表以下 1/2 桩长处。在竖向荷载作用下,当荷载较小时,桩土间未产生滑移变形,随着荷载的进一步增大桩体的沉降量逐渐增大由线性段向非线性段转化,而桩侧相邻土体的沉降量基本上呈线性增加。在水平荷载作用下,与竖向荷载作用情况不同的是荷载较小时桩土间也会产生分离变形,随着荷载进一步增大,桩体的水平位移非线性逐渐增大,而桩侧相邻土体的水平位移(回弹位移)基本上呈线性增加。根据实例分析,实际荷载作用下所产生的非协调变形相对较小,初步设计所采用的沥青填缝措施基本上能够适应非协调变形,防止渠水、雨水入渗。

     

    Abstract: Non-conforming deformation feature between pile foundation and canal slope in the total main canal of the Middle Route project of China's South-to-North Water Division is the main technical problem which should be solved before the construction. In order to design effective and rational impervious structure in the combination part, an ABAQUS numerical model is established to simulate the non-conforming feature between pile and canal slope. An engineering example of the non-conforming deformation is calculated and analyzed. The result shows that the proposed model can satisfactorily simulate the development process of the non-conforming deformation between pile and soil body of canal slope, and with the increase of horizontal load, the crack depth gradually increases and can even reach 1/2 of the pile length under the soil surface. Under the small vertical load, there is no slip deformation between pile and soil, and with the increase of the vertical load the settlement of the pile increases from linear to nonlinear segment, and the settlement of soil adjacent to the pile is basically in a linear increase. Under the horizontal load, the situation is different, even small horizontal load will cause separation deformation between pile and soil, when the load increases, the horizontal displacement of pile nonlinearly increases, but that (spring displacement) of the soil adjacent to the pile is basically in a linear increase. According to the case study, the non-conforming deformation is relatively small under actual load. So in the preliminary design, asphalt sealing measures can adapt to the non-conforming deformation basically, and they prevent the infiltration of rainwater and water drainage.
