珠海软土地区管桩质量事故分析及处理

Analysis and treatment of quality accident of pipe piles in soft clay area of Zhuhai

  • 摘要: 预应力管桩适合用于深厚的软弱黏土地基,用管桩作为建筑物的基桩在技术和经济指标方面都有明显的优势。由于管桩本身质量、地质条件、设计、施工及管理等种种原因,也曾导致管桩基础出现桩身破裂、倾斜、承载力偏低、沉降量过大、接桩焊缝不良等质量问题。本文通过多个工程实例,结合该地区的岩土工程特性及 PHC 管桩的特点,综合基桩高应变、低应变、静荷载试验和孔内摄像法的检测结果,对管桩质量事故产生原因进行初步探讨,并提出预防和处理措施,以供参考。

     

    Abstract: The prestressed high strength concrete pile (PHC pile) is suitable for deep soft clay soil. Using the PHC piles for foundation pile has significant advantages of technical and economic indexes. Because of quality of the PHC piles, geological conditions, design, construction and management problems, some quality problems of foundation piles may be aroused, i.e., rupture and inclination of pile shaft, low bearing capacity, large settlement, bad welding seam of the pile lapping. Based on the geological characteristics and construction of PHC piles, the causes of pile quality accident are analyzed from the results of high strain tests, low strain tests, static loading tests and video monitoring through the holes combined with engineering examples. The preventive and treatment measures are provided.
