正循环钻进、气举反循环清孔工艺施工应用

Application of directional circulation drilling and air-lift reverse circulation borehole cleaning

  • 摘要: 本文阐述了正循环钻进、气举反循环清孔工艺的施工原理、参数选择以及施工技术控制。通过两种施工工艺的结合运用,不仅有效解决了桩孔孔壁的稳定性问题,防止孔壁坍塌,减少泥皮厚度;还能大幅度地缩短清孔时间,降低孔底沉渣厚度,提高单桩承载力,减少泥浆排放量。从工期、质量、经济、环保等角度来看,正循环钻进、气举反循环清孔施工工艺具有明显优势,有较强的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The construction process principles, parameters and control of construction technology of directional circulation drilling and air-lift reverse circulation borehole cleaning are described. Through the combination of two kinds of construction technologies, it can effectively solve the pile bore hole wall stability problems, prevent the hole wall collapse, reduce the thickness of clay skin, significantly shorten the time to clean the hole, reduce the hole bottom sediment thickness, improve the bearing capacity and reduce emissions of mud. From the construction period, quality, economy and environmental protection perspective, the directional circulation drilling and air-lift reverse circulation borehole cleaning has obvious advantages, certain promotion and application value.
