聚丙烯纤维红黏土力学特性试验研究

Experimental study on mechanical behaviors of polypropylene fiber reinforced clay

  • 摘要: 通过多种试验研究了聚丙烯纤维红黏土的力学特性。击实与渗透试验结果表明,在一定纤维含量下,纤维红黏土的最大干密度基本不变,最优含水率变化范围较大,与红黏土的渗透系数处于相同量级,具有低渗透性。直剪试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、三轴试验结果表明,纤维红黏土强度显著高于红黏土强度,且随纤维含量与长度的增加而增加。红黏土加入纤维后,黏聚力得到了显著提高,而内摩擦角变化不大。纤维红黏土的应力-应变曲线具有典型的加工硬化特征,且具有鼓胀性破坏特征。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical behaviors of polypropylene fiber reinforced red clay are studied by means of different test methods. The compaction test and the permeability test show that the maximum dry unit weight of the fiber reinforced red clay is basically a constant value and the variation range of the optimum moisture content is great with certain fiber content. It has the same magnitude of permeability coefficients as the fiber reinforced red clay and the permeability coefficient is small. The results of direct shear test, unconfined compressive test and triaxial consolidation undrained test show the strength of the fiber reinforced red clay is obvious higher than that of the red clay, which increases with the fiber content and length. After being mixed with fiber, the cohesion of red clay rises a lot and the change of friction angle is small. The stress-strain curve of the fiber reinforced red clay shows typical work hardening character. The sample has the character of bulging breakage.
