积石峡面板堆石坝材料大型三轴试验研究

Large-scale triaxial test s on rockfills of Jishixia CFRD

  • 摘要: 针对积石峡水电站砼面板堆石坝的筑坝材料,在清华大学 2000 kN 大 型静 / 动三轴试验机上进行了大型三轴试验。概述了清 华大学的 2000 kN 大型静 / 动三轴试验机的主要功能及性能指标,并就大型三轴试验所需用到的试验材料以及所采用的试验方法、步骤进行了详尽的阐述。对积石峡水电站砼面板堆石坝的主堆石和次堆石两种筑坝材料分别进行了 3 组大型三轴试验。基于已取得的试验结果,分析了坝料的应力应变和体变应变的关系,主要讨论了孔隙率对筑坝材料力学特性、变形特性等性能的影响,试验结论为该工程的应力 变形计算和设计施工提供了试验依据。

     

    Abstract: A large-scale triaxial testing programme on materials of Jishixia Dam is presented by utilizing the 2000 kN static and dynamic triaxial apparatus in Tsinghua University. Firstly the main function and properties of the large-scale triaxial apparatus are expatiated, as well as the test materials and test method. A total of 6 groups of tests are conducted on main and sub rockfill materials of Jishixia Dam to study the stress-strain and volume-strain relation with different dry densities. The influences of porosity on the mechanics and deformation properties of rockfills are discussed. The results about the deformation behavior of rockfills are expected to provide experimental basis for engineering construction.
