外掺剂对水泥固化土强度的影响

Influence of admixture on strength of stabilized soils

  • 摘要: 水泥与软土拌合后水泥水化形成的氢氧化钙( CH )可能会被土样吸收而导致固化土中 CH 浓度欠饱和,使得形成水化硅酸钙( C-S-H )的 Ca2+ 和 OH - 减少,导致 C-S-H 生成量降低,阻碍水泥固化土强度增长。本研究选择部分理论上可以提高 CH 饱和度的化学试剂作为水泥固化土外掺剂。通过对比固化土抗压强度和固化土 CH 饱和度,探讨这些外掺剂对固化土强度增长的影响。研究结果表明,当固化土中 CH 不饱和时,掺加这些外掺剂可以显著提高固化土强度,固化土中 CH 饱和度越低,需要的外掺剂量越大,固化土强度增量越大;当固化土中 CH 饱和后,这些外掺剂对强度没有作用,即外掺剂可以通过提高固化土 CH 饱和度提高固化土强度。

     

    Abstract: Calcium hydroxide (CH), produced by cement hydration after cement mixed with soft soil, may be absorbed by soil and lead to the concentration of CH in the stabilized soils, which may not be saturated, resulting in reduction of the amount of Ca2+ and OH- , composing calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H). As a result, the amount of C-S-H may be decreased and the increase of strength of the stabilized soils may be prevented. In the research, some chemical reagents are used as the admixtures of cement stabilized soils, which can theoretically improve the degree of saturation of CH. The influence of admixtures on improving the strength of the stabilized soils is discussed. The result indicates that in stabilized soils, if the concentration of CH is not saturated, the added admixtures may increase the strength of the stabilized soils remarkably, so the degree of saturation of CH is lower, the amount of admixtures is more, and the increment of strength of the stabilized soils is higher; inversely, if the concentration of CH is saturated in the stabilized soils, the admixtures will be useless for the strength of the stabilized soils. In a word, admixtures can improve the strength of the stabilized soils by means of increasing the degree of saturation of CH of the stabilized soils.
